What happens during therapy workshops?

Our workshops are led by Candice, an HPCSA-accredited Counselling Psychologist passionate about helping individuals thrive. These sessions offer a safe space to learn various ways of coping, managing and rethinking mental health concerns, all in a collaborative and community-based environment.

Each workshop focuses on a different topic. The session will start with a brief introduction of each individual before moving on to the topic and goals of the workshop. You will also have plenty of opportunities to ask questions and share your concerns.

Using various psychotherapy techniques, Candice will outline tools and methods to help overcome specific mental health challenges while encouraging participants to share their stories and experiences.
