Candice accepts several medical aids and cash-paying clients for psychological services.
Medical aid clients
Psychological consultations are charged per medical aid rate, and we submit claims directly to your medical aid. Alternatively, you can pay for your sessions in cash and claim back from your medical aid with a receipt provided by the practice.
Please note that if you miss or cancel an appointment, it will not be covered by your medical aid, and you will need to settle in cash.
Private clients
We consult with private clients on a cash basis. The consultation fee is payable after the completion of each session by cash or EFT. Reduced rates available for students.
Please note that sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged.
